the soccer phenom

grant had another amazing game today. i think he scored 3 of the team's 4 goals and he ran so hard - 100%, all the time. he has a natural competitiveness, great anticipation and speed, solid ball handling skills, and he's just drawn to the ball no matter where it is. it's really amazing to watch. at one point, walker had a little breakaway down the right side and instead of running toward the ball like he usually would, grant ran toward the goal waiting for a cross. what instincts this kid has! i am a very proud soccer mama.
