today was "dress like a farmer" day at the kids' school, complete with a visit from a bunch of farm animals!

notice grant's "farmer" boots. they're the only boots he owns, so i told him snow boots are just like farmer boots. he was happy to accept my tall tale as he'll take any excuse to strap these new bad boys on.
