spell it out for me

grant is quite the speller these days. still not much of a reader yet (so far he can point out "NO" on signs, but that's about it) but he is getting really good at spelling - and he loves it. today i gave him a "spelling test" where i said random words and he had to write them down by himself. the only two i had to help him with were the two Ls in alligators and the two Os in mooses. (btw: i know the plural of moose is not really mooses. we were practicing making words plural and that was one exception to the rule i thought i'd skip for now.)
