weddings

last night, greg and i went to the oviatt penthouse in downtown LA for the wedding of my old friend, shannon steele. she looked incredible and we had lots of fun catching up with old high school friends.

this afternoon, i was telling grant about the beautiful wedding. not to be outdone, he told me a little something about his night.

"i got married last night, too. i married kate [our 4 year old neighbor]. well, she didn't want me to marry her so she married me instead. we had a big wedding and there were dance parties in there and we had two bounce houses: one was a transformer bounce house and one was a NASCAR bounce house. i wore my marry-cup shirt. [what's that?] it's a shirt you wear to weddings. it's green and has stripes. [what did kate wear?] she wore a special dress like you wore at your wedding. it's a white dress and she had gloves on like you. but they were in her size."
