our soccer star

we signed grant up for soccer lessons (an early birthday gift from oma - thanks oma!). here are shots from his first "practice" with his new "team." check out the awesome nike cleats.

gregarious grant immediately made friends with a quiet boy named grayson who needed a little help coming out of his shell. it was very cute (to me, not so much to his coach) watching him help shy grayson feel included: "look grayson, we both have cleats on! look grayson, our cleats are both black! look grayson, you have a shirt on and i have a shirt on! hooray!" and when it came time to split up into groups, grant informed the coaches that "grayson is on my team - he's coming with me."
